Pioneer Neurocare

Welcome to Pioneer Neurocare
Excellence in Multiple Sclerosis nursing, every step of the way
About Us
At Pioneer Neurocare, we are dedicated to transforming Multiple Sclerosis (MS) care by combining specialist expertise with compassionate, patient-centred support. With over 45 years of combined experience, Ruth Stross and Daisy Cam have spent their careers pioneering advances in MS nursing. Both have played a key role in establishing and leading NHS MS services, shaping best practices, and mentoring the next generation of specialist nurses. Their motivation for founding Pioneer Neurocare stems from a shared passion for providing holistic, high-quality MS care, ensuring that individuals receive the expert guidance they need from diagnosis onwards.
Our approach is individualised and comprehensive, recognising that MS affects everyone differently. We focus on both proactive disease-modifying therapies and reactive symptom management, ensuring that patients receive the right support at the right time. By combining nursing expertise with lifestyle interventions, we aim to improve long-term outcomes and help individuals maintain a fulfilling, independent life. Pioneer Neurocare bridges the gap between hospital-based MS services and day-to-day symptom management, providing ongoing expert support beyond routine clinical appointments.
